The Sony ECM-77BMP is a miniature omnidirectional lavalier microphone designed for professional broadcast, sound reinforcement, and recording applications. The condenser element features a miniature profile allowing it to be easily concealed in performance and broadcast situations. The omnidirectional polar pattern provides even frequency and sensitivity response at the direct and off-axis sections of the microphone capsule.

The ECM-77BMP provides a wide frequency response of 40 Hz to 20 kHz for accurate reproduction of audio signal from a variety of sources. The attached 3.9' cable features a 3.5mm locking mini jack for use with WRT-805 bodypack transmitters and UWP Series beltpack transmitters such as the UTX-B1 and UTX-B03. Phantom power is supplied via the connected bodypack transmitters. The ECM-77BMP includes a windscreen and tie clip.

Miniature Profile The miniature, unobtrusive profile enables the microphone to be easily concealed in broadcast and performance situations. 3.5mm Mini Wireless Transmitter Connection The ECM series is available in a variety of connections; this version features a 3.5mm (1/8") locking mini jack for use with WRT-805 bodypack transmitters and UWP Series transmitters equipped with 3.5mm jacks.
