The Polsen PL-2O Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone is a replacement microphone for the Polsen UWM-2 wireless system, and it's also compatible with Sennheiser transmitters. The PL-2O is a great choice for clear and accurate voice capture in quiet environments for vlogs, interviews, podcasts, and mobile journalism. With a simple twist, the 1/8" (3.5mm) TRS plug locks onto your transmitter's input jack and inhibits unintended disconnection while the 46" cable provides plenty of slack for freedom of movement.
By utilizing an omnidirectional polar pattern, the PL-2O is able to pick up sound from all sides of the mic, ensuring consistent speech capture even when you turn your head. Plus, it makes the mic more resistant to vocal plosives and wind noise. Discreet placement of the PL-2O is easy, thanks to its small 1/4" diameter and included tie clip.

Polsen PL2 Reviews
Works fine
They work fine, but the pictures don't accurately convey how large the microphone is. The mic is much larger than the other mics in my stock and it better suited to interviews or lectures where hiding the mic isn't a priority. The price can't be beat though.
Great for live presentations!
In addition to some personal work at home, I used the Polsen PL-2C-TA4 for capturing a live presentation at a company holiday party and the sound was terrific. We fed the lavalier into a Shure transmitter and the presenter's speech carried perfectly throughout the fairly noisy banquet room both in-person and on video. Terrific mic! Clear sound from this locking lavalier
I used this with the Polsen UWM-2 wireless system and had great results! Speech is intelligible and creates a professional sounding deliverable. The foam windscreen is a nice-to-have although most of my work was on an indoor shoot, talking head interview. Love it! I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

Works with Line6 tx
We use a Line6 transmitter - the mics are expensive, and as seems to be the case for these things, the microphone wiring frequently breaks just at the TA4F connector. Happily - this microphone works well with the Line6 unit, audio quality is very good, and price can't be beat! I'd rate it 5 stars - but we're still waiting to see about longevity :-) though the wiring (or at least the jacket) appears to be a bit more robust than some of the other products we've tried - so, fingers crossed!
Professional quality cardioid lav!
