The SFT80-0.15-T1 is a 0.15/0.3mm blue silicone-free Thin Film suitable for where there is concerns about the use of silicones. This thin film uses ceramic filled polyurethane material and has high thermal conductivity with good electrical insulation property. This is available with one side adhesive coating and can be supplied die-cut to customer specifications.
