Introduction:
- BTMOS-V2.0 is a new module designed to solve the problem that the old hot bed power expansion module can not be equipped with high-power hot bed and serious heat.
- BTMOS-V2.0 hot bed power expansion module, can be connected with high-power hot bed, withstand more power, convenient for machine use, reduce the risk caused by heat.
Specifications:
- Under the premise of normal heat dissipation,Maximum current: 15A (Do not exceed 15A during use)
- Size: about 50*60mm
Wiring instructions:
1. DCIN: + is connected to the positive pole of the power supply; - is connected to the negative pole of the power supply (supports +12V or +24V power supply, it is recommended to use +24V power supply);
2. HOTBED: the hot bed line (no positive or negative points);
3. J2: Connect to the hot bed control port on the main control board (no positive or negative points);
Precautions:
1. When connecting the power cord: Pay attention to the positive and negative polarity of the power supply. Do not reverse the connection to avoid burning the module and causing unnecessary loss.
2. Module placement problem: When using the module, do not place it in a place where the wires are dense, which will help reduce the heating load of the module and increase the safety.
3. When the module is working: Do not touch the conductor to the bottom to prevent the short circuit from burning.
